    FINAL LEGISLATIVE RULES

    The following documents are viewable with Adobe Acrobat.   

    NOTICE

    The Legislature has approved, with amendment, the new Legislative Rule, Series 5, relating to Residential Mortgage Lender, Brokers and Loan Originators.

    The Division of Banking has filed the approved Rule with the Secretary of State.

    The Rule will take effect on July 1, 2004.

    Please note that this Rule supplements, but does not replace, the additional requirements to maintain and report certain information pursuant to an Order of the Kanawha County Circuit Court that went into effect January 1, 2004.
