Of those thirty-two employees, thirteen (13) are office staff responsible for administration of the agency. Nineteen (19) are field employees responsible for the regulatory function of the agency. The Division of Personnel is the designated authority for determining basic conditions of employment for all classified and non-classified employees in the West Virginia Division of Banking. With the exception of appointed exempt employees, the majority of our employees are in classified service.</P> <P>Employment is subject to the review and approval of the West Virginia Division of Personnel.
